Done the following sets:
Squat: 240lbs (failed, too heavy all of a sudden dont know why - will repeat next WO)
OHP: 90lbs (ok - too easy since coming from deload)
DL: 235lbs (ok - too easy since coming from deload)
Tried to set PR for Squat but failed to lift 285lbs, I felt to so week this week. Stressed and pressured sa work nandito mga bossing from US. I will try PR for DL and OHP tomorrow.

Bench: 160 lbs (failed, mabigat na masyado)
Row: 170lbs (ok)
Saturday - July 27
Squat: 245lbs (feels good)
OHP: 100lbs (ok)
DL: 255lbs (ok)

I wil try to log 1RM(PR) next week. Hopefully will get better numbers than last April.
Bench: 190lbs (feels good, only 10lbs more than my April PR)
Row: 195lbs (double)
