Try mo to, half-kilo of chicken breast per day, 6 eggs etc etc ... A lot of beginners are thinking that supplements are like magic beans, which is completely wrong bro... and ending lang nun is madidisappoint ka sa magiging resulta nung supplement sayo. pwede rin sa umaga or depende kung san mo trip ako sa gabi bago matulog kasi asa icip ko baka antukin ako sa dami nung gamot na iniinum ko ng isang inuman hihihi (broscience)
