aside from my journal I just want to share my thoughts on what influenced me to start training for a healthier and fit body , here are some
I was awed when I watched this animated movie "the Croods"
gustong gusto ko yung first scene yung breakfast formation nila para mang hunt , sabi ng scientist at anthropologist the body of a modern human is the same with pre historic human na designed to hunt and can run a minimum of 40 kilometers a day just for hunting alone and as agile and agressive as the saber tooth tigers , so there I wanna be as fit as the caveman
tapos gusto ko this time matuloy na ang chest tattoo ko
grabe mag 2 years na tong pattern pero di ba na tatattoo sakin , I promised my self dapat maganda ganda na din chest ko bago ako tattooan , para hindi na mahirapan mag tatatoo at para maganda pagkakalapat ng stensil hehehehe!!!!!
at gusto ko makapag train sa MMA and para ma achieve ang built like my idol and my boy crush BJ Penn, sana naman in 3 years period mejo achieve ko na ganyang built hehehehe!!!!!!!!!
kayo mga masters ano ba nag papa motivate or what keeps you inspire sa pag wowork out? share nyo naman hehehehe!!!!!!!!!

Im sorry to hear that sir @Ohsnap , thats good may mga music talaga lakas maka pag pump up ng training mood alam mo ba yung kanta na proud mary ni Tina Turner? lol yan lagi namin pinapatugtuog nun highschool ako pag may sparring kami lakas maka gigil sa pag suntok at pag sipa until now pag nag weweights ako yan pinapatugtug ko effective pa din lol! hahahahhaa!!!!!!!!!!
naman! kaw pa sir @jmpilongo laki ng braso mo takot lang nila sayu hehehe ako din eh ayoko maging sakitin at ayoko na magaya sa mga nakikita ko na super taba gusto ko kahit na chubby ako healthy pa din tingnan yung nasa boundery ng chub at fit na built hehehe!!!!!!
pero ang pinakanakaka motivate sakin yung ex gf ko na Mega Bitch,

lol! thats the most overused but effective motivation - chicks sa gym
haha! naalala ko tropa ko dito.. tapos na kami magbuhat nakapagpalit na kami ng damit. tpos may pamasok na mga chicks mga 4 sila mag kakatropa tpos squat pa workout nila nun .. dali dali kami nagpalit ng damit at nag workout ulet wahaha!:lol
but as per my workout routine,
yun nga, Bad Experiences in my life.

tapos na magbuhat 1 1/2 hours tapos may dumating na chiks tapos hapit na hapit pa yung damit nung chiks. Bench Press ulit kami. first pump fail na.hahahahahahahahahaha!
