    I survived 5k walk/run kanina sa Run for Pasig River,

    not bad for a beginner....

    oo nga sir eh, kala ko 3k lng yung sasalihan nmin, nagulat ako nung 5k pla, dpat dun Walk for pasig sa susunod, kasi puro walk lng ginawa nmin, hehehe sobrang dami ng tao e.

    feels great after workout, nangawit ung left arm ko sa concentration curl....

    sakit ng quads koh, hirap umakyat ng hagdan, tapos para pa kong robot mglakad hehehehe,

    pinahirapan ko chest ko kanina, ngtry ko ng 50lbs DB press for the first time kinaya naman, hahaha,

    lakas nung trainor kanina dun sa gym, kulang ung 250lbs pang tricep push down nya ngdagdag pa ng 25kilos un ang malakas, hahaha

    ung sa 5x5 ni Bill Starr meron din pang deloading phase un? pde ba un 6-8weeks na loading?

    Isang reason kaya minsan naiilang ako sa 5x5 is you have to work out your quads even if it still sore from the last time you did squats hehehehe

    un din sir ung gusto ko maramdaman pg chest day koh, ung tipong pahirapamn maligo tsaka magsuot ng damit, sa sobrang sore ng chest nd arms, hehehe

    kya nga sir, talagang mgkaka mass legs natin sa 5x5, pati glutes ko may sakit pa din,

    Back Day bukas..... excited na ko mg DL, ito tlga nakakapag sore mg buong back koh....

    sir 2nd run ko plang poh un, sa isip ko lang matapos, hehehe, animo run sir sa roxas blvd kahapon, sabay ng red cross, kaya medyo magulo ung route, pero natapos nman nmin ng maayos, sure sir kaya moh yan, na inggit nga ko sa mga nakatapos ng 21k, kasi me free na medal n shirt, un nga lng baka di ko matapos pag ako ung sumali. hehehe
