    di naman sa mali or mapag patol ako bro hehehe! , napansin ko lang na parang wala sa format( may ganun? ) yung input sa journal mo, kaysa naman tumagal na ganito, much better kung macocorrect natin diba?:)

    Wala naman po sa akin un sir :)
    tama kayo sir wala nga sa format at maganda pala ung detailed para makapag comment po kung may maling ginagawa sa workout.. salamat sir!
