hi mga repapips newbie here from baguio, been working out for more than 3months now since january this year although matagal na akong nag wworkout last year yun ngalang putol putol at di gaanong ka seryoso noon,puro walk in lang sa gym more on night lifestyle partying, and not so active lifestyle couch potato ba minsan hehe well its already 2014 and its time for a change, sober since jan 3 :P and more concern sa health and fitness :sport: :yahoo:

medyo kulang sir iniingatan ko kasi tuhod ko may masamang history kasi dati.. pero sarap tumakbo d2 bundok may view bawat lugar kaso ngalang maulan ulan putik daan.. sa pangangamote ko nmn sir 9am,12pm,3pm,6pm.. broccoli the best! mura lang isang bundle 20 pesos pero pag suki makakakuha 15 hehe

late 2012 started to go at the gym.. bulking up with mass gainers/rice/meat etc..more than 5months ata ako sa gym dati d2 then nag quit ako tinuloy ko sa bahay bumili ako equipments..
2012, gained a lot with bulking reached 160lbs from 110lbs pero lumaki rin tiyan di kasi ako masyado nag aabs nun tsk tsk...
2012-2013, then suddenly quit the gym naging mabisyo shot/PUYAT/sisig/crispy pata etc etc..lost the gains parang ang bilis nawala gains ko nun hangover na wala pa kain..
2013, then after being drunk! soooo many times.. realized something thenwent back gaining again! 2nd chance..
2014 browsing the internet and found pinoy body building.. got me motivated reading posts/looking at pics/reviews etc etc...
2014 the real deal... sober up!

cheat day rin ngayon nagpakabusog ako sa lunch masarap ulam eh hehe..
BICEPS..
stretching 10minutes / warm up light weight 5 minutes
5sets 12reps dumbbell curls with twist no rest for 2nd workout
5 sets 10 reps hammer curls no rest for 3rd work out
5 sets 15 reps concentration curls 1minute rest for 4th workout
5 sets barbell curls 20 reps 1minute rest
5 sets thumb offset dumbbell curls 10 reps 40 seconds rest rest
5 sets pinky offset dumbbell curls 10 reps 1 minute rest
6 exercises max of 1 minute rest..
TRICEPS
5 sets one hand Dumbbell Tricep Extensions 40 seconds rest
4 sets Chair Dips 15 reps 30 seconds rest
5 sets Dumbbell skull crushers 20 reps 40 secods rest
5 sets V push ups to failure..
5 sets Dumbell Kick backs to failure..

hehe thanks sir sa bulking gamit ko dati ung seriousmass ng optimum nutrition tapos beef /rice + high protein breakfast/lunch/dinner + mirienda..
loakan airport ako sir, gym kung saan saan hehe pero monthly ko is d2 sa gym ng pinsan ko malapit lang sa amin walking distance, walk in gym ko sa phoenix mabini, cooyesan shape up boxing gym, portavaga endless gym, pag feel ko dumayo..

Mabuti kapa taga Baguio. Kung bibigyan lang ako ng magandang work sa isang lugar, 2 province lang ang pupuntahan ko. Baguio or Boracay.
Naging goal ko na sa buhay ang makapunta ng Baguio every year. Kahit pa ulit2 ... hindi ako nag sasawa. Lalo na sa Session Road kapag madilim na. HAHAHA
