It's shitty, IMHO. The reason you are getting HARD ON, wearing pants, because currently you have a higher bf as of the moment. Just bulk pa, then you'll see why.
Can anyone please explain what BULKING is? Dirty bulking, fat bulking, lean bulking and whatever kind of bulking? Parang ganun lang kasi kadali sya irecommend & as if ganun lang sya kadali gawin. We all dont mind GAINING FAT during the bulk but most of the time we end up just GETTING FAT after bulking.

clean bulking = up calories by 200-500 gaining weight by .5-1lbs max per week.
Dirty bulking = lublob mo pagkain mo sa lupa etchos, eat whatever your mouth wants.
However , what matter most is your protein were atleast 1gb per lb of your bodyweight, insurance mo yan for your muscle growth.
make sure you have a good number of fats ( testo / hormonal purposes ) and inorder for you to gain some weight, you need carbs.
in a sense, lahat ng sobra masama, pag sumobra alam na.
It's kinda getting technical if we look into it pero sa una lang siguro yan.
Honestly, first time ko pa rin mag bulk hanggang ngayon nagmuni muni pa ako kung ano gagawin ko.

madali talaga sabihin yan. kahet nde tayo mag ka parehas ng sitwasyon ng buhay. baboy din ako nuon, pero pinalitan ko lifestyle ko, kung nakakagimik, laro ng online games at kung ano2 pako, baket nde ako makakapag laan ng 1hr sa gym? time management lang powhzzz.
Sinabi mo lang yan. isang oras lang sa 24hrs mo ang kelangan at 3-4d/week ka lang.magworkout.

sa umpisa lang yan, pag bago ka pa lang sa lifestyle na to mahirap talaga isingit sa schedule. pero pag adik ka na magbuhat, uunahin mo maggym at kumain tapos isisingit mo na lang yung ibang activities mo after training. baliktad na hahaha
Sa gym maaga lagi, pero sa office nale-late. Sa office/school inaantok, pero sa gym gising na gising.
walang busy busy, kahit mag sick leave na, emergency leave, whatever! when the iron calls, we answer!
