I'm presuming this is for me? Couldn't I make progress with proper programming, proper nutrition, and proper understanding on weight lifting? I've read Power to the People, Starting Strength, and currently reading 5/3/1 book to gain more knowledge and to make all my lifts efficient. Not to mention to avoid the common mistakes some gym goers do.
I may be a newbie in this forum. But definitely ain't a newbie in lifting weights.
