You need to 'shift' your mentality with this one. Lahat tayo bumabagsak/nababagsakan. You just need to keep yourself real tight when take your next max-out. Keep the numbers coming...
Biomechanically speaking, smaller people tend to have better leverages. And you fall to that population.
On the flipside, look at most of the WSM competitors - most are 6'0+. Look at the strongest powerlifters - I believe all records in bench, squat and dead are held by guys 5'10+.
Jettie is just a little freak! With his great progress in such a short time, I'm betting he could be on the world stage in deads in another 5 years or so if he sticks with it. :sport:Only 300lbs to go bro!

Brah, sa limited equipments namin sa gym eh parang malabo yan hehehe ako kasi kaya dun ako nag stick sa gym namin dahil consistent ko nagagawa yung routine and adherance ko hehe.. siguro magbabago kung may malaapit na gym na oly bars and bumper plates.. baka iba na siguro pananaw ko..

@core - Hey bro just to be clear, I wasn't discounting what you was saying regarding leverage. You are indeed correct that shorter guys have an advantage. Also, less distance to push weight from point A to point B. The stongest guys I was referring to in my above post that were tall are heavyweights & superheavyweights. I'm sure many of the lighter divisions have mostly short guys.
