im a newbie here also...and i think ang unang sasabihin sa yo ng mga masters ay kulang yung nutrition mo to achieve your goal..hehe..yan din kasi ang problem ko...
nag aadjust pa ako sa pagkain ng marami, hindi na kasi ako sanay kumain ng kumain..hehe..
mababait po mga masters dito at i-grab natin yung opportunity na yun, tanong lang ng tanong..hehe..
at sigurado akong may comment din sila sa pag aabang mong makita ang abs mo...hehe..
hintay lang po natin ang mga inputs nila..

Based on your pic I think you should EAT more, lalo na 2 meals ka lang per day? That wouldn't be sufficient enough to grow. Baka muscle pa ang sunugin ng katawan mo when you're working out.
Forget mo muna ung abs mo next year ka na magpa-abs mas maganda kakalabasan nyan bro. Believe me you wouldn't want to look like a twig and have abs. Sayang lang ang pera mo sa gym and supplementation if you were to get those abs right now.
Basta eat big, lift heavy and rest.
I'm sure marami akong matututunan dito at darating yung panahon na ako naman ang tutulong. hehe.
favor. pa-criticize naman nitong meal plan ko. madaming rice ba dapat?
wala kasi akong masyadong access sa pagkain. hindi ako marunong/tinatamad magluto.
plan ko magluto na ng pagakin for one week tapos baon2 na lang. pa-share naman ng techniques niyo.

Monday, magstart na ako uli. This time, bulking na tunay na. Wala nang bullsh*t from the PT. Haha.

Yup. Fixed po yung image size.
Parang 2 egg yolks per day lang ata. Pero hindi rin ako sure. Takot din ako damihan yung itlog e.
Eh yung egg whites, hindi mo kinakain?
ok lang yun sir everyday egg whites wag lang ung yolk kasi andun mostly ung cholesterol.. pero my protein din ung yolk..
Na-explain na rin sa akin yung tungkol dyan. Myth. Although it is a good cholesterol, you need to have control your consumption.
