DAY 7: SHOULDERS TRICEPS ABS. I compressed the 2 workouts today kasi no time to go to the gym tomorrow. Balak ko sana WO Day 4 today tapos WO Day 5 tomorrow kaso bigla ko naalala na bukas may lakad kami family. BTW, I injured my wrist yesterday while "eating Pringles." So no bicep workout, no side laterals, and no skull crushers. Hindi din ako naka-take ng clen kasi I had to be "robust" yesterday.
DOSE: Up to 100mcgs today. Let's see what happens.
DAY 8: REST DAY. Sira ang diet. Nanlibre sister ko sa Seasons. Buffet so parang narinig ko nanaman si Capt. America, ayun unleash the hunger! Ang dami ko nakain.
DOSE: 120mcg start na din ako tom ng ketotifen.
EDIT: Looking at my suggested safe dose, hindi ko din sya nasunod. Kaya ko naman pala i-tolerate yung clen, merong shakes pero minimal lang. Will continue dosing 120mcg until I taper down. Cramps, problem solved by drinking more water and eating 4 bananas per day.

DAY 10: UNOFFICIAL REST DAY. Tattoo is still fresh kaya skip muna gym probably for the next several days. Continued with the tattoo session today and one last session tomorrow to complete my sleeve. Balik ako gym starting thursday with legs and chest, friday back and shoulders, and saturday biceps and abs.
DOSE: 120mcg in the morning. And due to goddamn, $%#&ing stupidity hindi ko maalala kung san ko nilapag yung ketotifen. Senior moment. Most probably makita ko yun tomorrow pag hindi ko na hinahanap.
Day 11: UNOFFICIAL REST DAY? Still no reply from the tattoo artist. Hindi ko alam kung tuloy ba yung session namin today. Nade-demonyo ako pumunta ng gym kaso fresh pa yung tattoo ko... But, since legs lang naman... Yun na nga lang muna gawin ko. PWO, ligo, then off to the gym. Update later.
EDIT: Ok, something came up. Kelangan ko canvass for a funeral wreath for a biker friend who passed away yesterday. Sa thursday meron Last Farewell Ride. On hold muna training for this week.
Day 11 (cont): Ok, nalimutan ko hanapin yung ketotifen. Hindi ko pa din makita. S4i7! Mukhang cycle ako ng 2 weeks on 2 weeks off pag hindi ko pa din mahanap tom. S4i7 ule! Sayang pera ko pag nagkataon... Not a very good day for me.
Days 12 & 13: REST DAY PADIN. Met with my cruiser friends at petron timog ave. then went straight to Arlington. Had midnight feed at BK then went home.
DOSE: 120mcg, still no ketotifen in sight.
Day 14: REST DA...Found it!!! Salamat at nakita din kita. Inom na ule ng ketotifen before sleeping. Upping the dose today. Try lang.
DOSE: 160mcg, try lang.
Monday balik na ule ng gym, gave my tattoo enough time to heal and look more decent. Nagla-langib kasi kaya iwas muna mag-pawis ng todo. Ingat na ingat din sa pag-ligo.
Days 15 & 16: REST DAY PA DIN. I lowered the dose back to 120mcg. Didn't experience shakes sa 160mcg, according to what I've read dapat daw at least may minimal shakes to indicate you're in the safe zone. Pag over daw no shakes kaya balik ako ng 120mcg.
DOSE: 120mcg then ketotifen. Took ketotifen about 15 mins ago. Antok na tuloy ako.
Sir yung ketotifen yung pampa-antok. Yung clen naman pang palpitate:biggrin: kaya inom dapat ng clen bandang umaga or after ng workout para iwas cramps. Sa gabi naman ketotifen parang sleeping pills.
ah ok hehehe. ung clen lang alam ko hehehe, sabi ni sir milk parang hydroxycut din ang side effects nun. pang "counter" nga talaga ang ketotifen hehehe.
yes sir para kung mejo ginabi na ang inom ng clen makakatulog pa din sa tulong ng ketotifen.hehe pati pala pang reset din ng beta2 receptors. Kasi beta 2 antagonist yung clen kaya after 2 weeks hindi na sya effective dahil dun. Kya kelangan ng ketotifen pang recover/reset ng beta 2 receptors. Um, wag mo pala ako tanungin about beta 2 receptors sir, hindi ko din kasi alam kung ano un.
