    ^Yun lang medyo mahirap kasi wala naman kami talagang parang uniform not unless yung iba kung nakasuot ng black Obsession Gym na shirt. At pag may nakita ka dun na bakulaw na kamukha ni Zangief ng street fighter (Russian din) nandun lang kami sa paligid nun! hehe

    Kakatapos ko lang magbawas kaya palaki ulit ng konti nasa 174lbs lang ako ngayon from 190lbs.

    ganun talaga paps, kase sa isolation ung rotator cuff mo hindi naka stretch out, pansinin mo sa bar. ung stress masyado sa shoulders at sa kili-kili, hindi tulad sa DB inclined medyo naka slanting position,

    ganun talaga paps, kase sa isolation ung rotator cuff mo hindi naka stretch out, pansinin mo sa bar. ung stress masyado sa shoulders at sa kili-kili, hindi tulad sa DB inclined medyo naka slanting position,

    sa squat pa pala hindi ko mahawakan ang barbell kasi sobrang sakit.. kaya hindi ako nakaka squat rehab ko nga muna tong rotator cuff ko.. hindi ako makabuhat pag chest day ko and squat..

    same here papa, dati ganyan din sakin, pag squat kase diba hahawak ka sa barbell, pero hindi mo maabot kase masakit. haha! rehab muna paps, wag pwersahin,

    Ako naman pag sa rear laterals pag 45lbs na hawak ko para akong hihimatayin pagtapos ng set kasi nakayuko ka pa dun! haha

    BSS ka mua sir rot try mo o kaya front squats para at least nakakapag squats ka pa din.

    ok na sayo sir kamots?? ano ginawa mo?? ako after workout linalagyan ko lagi ice ang affected shoulder ko.. and also yung rehab ko na exercise..

    dapat ata paps hot compressed na pag gabi. kase ang cold compressed para lang sa bagong injury. bali ginawa ko 1week everynight hot compress. then pag nag shoshoulders ako ginagawa ko muna ung rotator cuff stretching, then increment ung pag buhat ko, as in 50% ng kaya kong buhatin, magaan eka nga, kase sabi wag daw ipahinga totally eh mas masama, dapat ibuhat padin pero magaan lang,

    update ko lang pics ko, goal ko po ay bulking 3 months na ako nag papabulk, medyo nahirapan ako mag clean bulk kaya dirty bulk ginawa ko.. sarap!! hehe.. now, im 190lbs its time for me to cut kung kaya ko hanggang 165lbs pipigain ko talaga.. medyo frustrated ako dahil ang target ko 200lbs hindi ko na gawa. ganun pa rin ang program ko heavy talaga.. pag cut ko heavy pa rin.. medyo lumalaki na rin pisngi ko marami na rin nag tatanong kung bouncer ako.. hehehe kaya cut na.. wish me luck!! thanks!!
