newbie here hello guys

hello i just want to share this one, just started lifting about 2months ago, i like the feeling of lifting the weights that im not "yet" comfortable. The pain, the feeling after workout hihi oh well mag tatagalog nalang nga ako. to make the story short ang taas ng respeto ko sa bodybuilder akala ko ang dali magpaganda ng katawan hindi pala i thought gaganda ng katawan mo in just 1month di pala. made a couple of research about BB and i discovered di talaga biro ang BB so kudos sa mga nag BB sa mgabnag sisimula hanggang doon sa professional level.

  • welcome sir. i was once 213lbs and in a matter of 5 months asa 185lbs, same height as you. kung kaya ko then you can definitely do it as well. :blush:
