Hello bodybuilders!

Started training since 2011, but had many stops or pauses because of college, lack of friends lifting, and lack of motivation.

Im currently cutting fats, and then soon to bulk lean muscles. Initial weight before training again (i had many setbacks in my whole fitness life) is 161 lbs, thats April 2014. After 1 month i got 157 lbs, then 3 months im at 149 lbs. Now on October 2014, I am 145 lbs!

Pure natural, no pills or fat loss helper whatever. My goal weight is about 137 lbs to 142 lbs for my whole cutting phase. Hope to know more of you, bodybuilders!
