    According to the person who designed my program, Leg WO will have it's own schedule, thus it's the least of our priority since medium built na daw ang legs ko. Kailangan kasing ihabol 'yung chest ko sa shoulder and arms ko.

    So in 6 days, I have 3 days for chest, and the other 3 days for shoulder, arms, back and legs.

    What do you think? Do I need to refer back to that person and do some changes?

    Drinking warm to hot water after meals - is a yes
    Drinking cold water on workouts - is a yes

    there's something wrong with your coach, training one body part three times a week wont let your muscle recover.
    and yes you need to do legs every week.

    beef is a great protein source. but always look for lean beef.

    and why are you crunching in between sets? you should rest so youll be able to lift heavier weights.
    heavier weights means bigger muscle

    Welcome! Iba ang muscle sa fat. Baka kaya mukhang malaki na legs mo is bec of fat. Once na mag cut ka or reduce ung body fat baka maging chicken legs kalabasan. Just sayin'

    stop the crunches. stick to one body part per day workouts.

    I think you should stick with your coach or listen from the advice given here by the masters.

    You cant serve two masters at the same time. So its up for you to decide.

    Also no coke zero but del monte stuff? Read the label and sugars on it. If you want the l-carnitine then supplement with l-carnitine alone minus all the bullcrap.
