guys na stock up ako sa 122 lbs at minsan pa nagloloss weight ako 122 minsan tapos later magiging 118. ang gulo nakakafrustrate din minsan . . pero never give up nandito na eh. .

Tama si yatez si ang supplement ang solusyon sa problema mo. Gawin mong habit ang paglamon mo. Ung tipong busog ka palagi tas pag medyo bumaba na ung kinain kain ka uli.
Akala mo lang kumakain ka ng madami pero in reality ypu do not. Kadalasan nasanay ka kang sa onting kain tas medyo dumami na akala mo madami na pero in reality ay hindi pa.

By 'later' you mean a span of few hours or several on same day? Fluctuation of bodyweight throughout a day, week or year is normal...
Stop looking religiously on the scale, you'll end up frustrated. It's fine checking your weight every once in a while (something like once a week or month or so... At least same hour, same day of the week, typically daybreak!), but don't make it a sole basis of your progress aesthetically! Your weight on the scale won't determine your progress alone. And that 122lb mass is made up not just muscles and fat, but also water, bone, etc. Try looking in the mirror and ask yourself... "Am I doin' it right?", "Do I like what I see here?" And reassess your goal—short term and long term; what would be your goal let us say, in six months in time?(short term), set your milestones(long term)...

Your goal is a broad one. Try to make a more specific goal. When you say 'gain weight', you're saying that it doesn't matter whether you get big majority by fat or majority by muscles as long as you are heavy and look big...
