Hi! I have been in and out of the gym for quite some time. I lost 80 pounds before and i gained it again after 2 years. Now, im 22 years old and im finding it hard to lose weight. Morning and evening nag cacardio and boxing ako. Pero it doesnt make me lose fat as much as before. Ask ko lang po proper supplements fatburners/whey etc to help me enhance my workout. I've been struggling and i want to be healthy again. Sana may mga tao na makakatulong sakin sa proper supplement, kasi i tried diet pills before sa una lang maganda pero pag tinigil mo x2 bawi sayo. Baka kasi ganun ang fat burners kaya natatakot ako. Sana may mag evaluate further sa aking learning on proper supplements at baka nakakaliit rin sila ng jr. Haha. Salamat po.

my take naman, you are not loosing weight because you are depriving yourself sa foods and over stress..
Like :
Less foods and more exercise = sure fire your body will hate you, thus instead of losing , you will gaining shit due to elevated "cortisol" or stress sa katawan mo.
Instead, eat more foods, train like a madman! Muscles burn fats. It's a fact..
So tama si yatez, check your nutrition first, lift heavy and live your life!!
Sir in what way sa nutrition. Kasi i don't eat vegetables/fruits eh. Siguro factor rin yun kaya mabilis ako tumaba. I've tried pero di talaga kaya.
What you want to do is check your protein intake.. google mo kung ano ang mga good sources ng protein..
then eat your carbs and healthy fats muna. then add gulay lagi kahit konti basta meron
Make sure you are eating tons of karne and carbs and at the same time you are adhering your workout program and checking your progress in terms of weight, body measurements and lifting stats!
None. Engineering ang course ko. Self study lang pagdating sa nutrition. Food intake etc. etc. Noob here.
Mas okay bang buhat ang gawin ko kesa high itensity cardio like boxing/sprinting/swimming? Mas nakakapayat ba ang buhat? Lol veggies have been my worst enemy since i was young, still is.
