Finally, I have my own workout journal though it's not as complete as it is. Will just get any feedback and suggestions from the masters here.
Just started my training last March, so I'm really aiming for an improvement within 3 months.

for quads and hamstrings, actually di ko alam kung ano tawag sa machine na yun. ill just update my journal pag nakita ko na. also, i do deadlifts once a week and squats for the coming weeks.
