hehe. ngayun ko lang napag isip.. yung mga naka debate ko a few years ago, panay infonet lang. wala talagang hands-on or actual na nag stick sa isang program to see results whether meron o wala.
Anyone watched this Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer by Kyle Leon? and has anyone actually bought and used / applied any of what he had preached?
He has a quite some spot on points in his vid.. but i kinda hate it when people sound so sincere and free during the first few minutes and end it up by selling you a product.
Some myths / mistakes pointed in the vid are a Good food for thought though.

dude it depends sa sched mo. ako kc 18 units ngyon sa up diliman... minsan 10am-9pm class ko....pero this sem, early morning 5 am-7am ako gym everyday kc afternoon classes ko kaya puwede pa ako mag nap after gym ko, pero pag may morning class ako mga gabi na buhat or rest day ko nlng yun.. pero i try go to the gym everyday kung puwede. :^^

Hindi lang archi! Pwede rin pang field work. Haha. Galing. Buti napapagsabay mo sila. Kaya hindi rin kapanipaniwala pag sinasabing walang oras eh. Meron at meron yan. Sa iba lang ginagamit.
ng college days ko kasi wala talaga akong oras magbuhat.. 12 hours kasi ang dota time ko.. hahaha.. taena come to think of it dami kong nasayang na oras. s**t! haha
70%?!! wow! Adik. Pang MI na yan! Haha. I used to be addicted to dota. Pumapasok akong walang tulog dahil sa kakalaro ng HON and dota. Kailangan nang itigil dahil unhealthy. Nagswitch naman ako sa tekken. Mas magastos magtekken pero madalang lang dahil kailangan sa arcade pa mismo maglaro at nagkaron pa ako ng barkada dahil sinali ako sa team ng SM north. Ngayon sa sobrang loaded, once a month nalang halos nakakapaglaro.
fina arts advertising ako haha, papsi jared kasi yung SL 5x5 ang workout nya is M W F. kaso pag wed at fri whole day ako nun panu kaya un? ang sabi kasi sa 5x5 report dapat daw wag papalya sa workout dapat consistent daw, anung gagawin ko ngaung sem :arghh::arghh::arghh:
