sir 5th week ko na pong cycle ko sa sustanon 250. nag start po ako ng sept 18. 1st 4weeks 250mg muna. nasa 5th week nako, mas okay po ba kung mag 500mg per week nako? salamat sa advice sirs :)

    pre ano ibig mong sabihing 500mg straight? simula palang ng cycle ko ng 500mg nako agad? firstime ko kasi mag injectable roids eh. sabe ng kaibigan ko 250 raw muna kung kaya ng katawan ko?

    oo pre 500, ang bata mo pa bro 20 ka pa lang ang normal test mo 350-400, tas sinaksak mo 250 lang, magiging 250 lang ang test mo nyan.

    500 from start to finish bro,

    ganito kasi un eh, hindi mag aadd up ung normal test level mo sa synthetics(steroids) mo. 350-400 ang normal test na priproduce ng katawan mo, dahil nag saksak ka ng synthetics mag SHUT DOWN ung normal production as in Shut Down, Power Off, Stop Production, Out of Service, Offline. ibig sabihin dahil 250 lang ung synthetics mo 250 lang din test level mo ngayon, which is mas mababa sa usual na test mo sana :)

    gets so dapat pala mas mataas sa 350-400 ang ilagay ko sa katawan ko. pero nakakita naman ako ng improvements after ng 4weeks 250mg/week ko. hehehe. ilang weeks yun tol? 16weeks ba ang cycle?

    12 weeks bro test enanthate gamit ko.

    yes meron pa din improvements, kasi ndi mag drodrop down ang test levels mo pag tapos mo magworkout dahil sa synthetics, unlike ung normal hormone natin na nag drodrop down. dun ka lang nakakabawi for sure.

    payo ko sayo mag 12 weeks ka na lang tas pct ka na, katakot mag 16 weeks, tulungan ka namin bro, mahirap ung nangyare sayo nadale ka ng maling turo.

    next cycle ka na lang mag perfect cycle

    if you ask me, kung may improvements ka pa sa 250mg per week then finish your cycle with it. 8 week cycle would be enough then pct/rest. if you plan to run another cycle the there you should try upping your dose to 500mg/week which is the most common dosage for a novice gear user. doon mo makikita ang difference in terms of strength and size after that cycle.

    be safe and always check your health kung may mga history ka ng hereditary diseases like high blood pressure you better control it. maige na yung maingat sa umpisa kaysa maging sorry sa huli! cheers!

    ung mga ibang info hintayin natin ung mga master na pumunta dito. mas madami ka matututunan sa kanila

    edi master sisimulan ko na this week ang 500mg per week. meron pa naman akong 11ampules dito sa bahay. nag turok nako kagabe then balak ko sa friday ulit. tama po ba? then bibili nalang ako ulit ng susta para matapos ko ang 10weeks cycle. kasi kulang na ata yung 11amps.

    actually, august 2011 ako nag start mag buhat. tuloy tuloy yun gang march 2012. then huminto ako ng 1month. then may-june 2012 nag gym ako nag take ako ng dbol oral steroids. nag bulk ako. then june to sept huminto ako mag gym kasi nag abroad ako. mejo tumaba. then sept pagbalik ko dito pinas nag buhat ako. tapos sept18 nag turok nako ng sustanon, til now nagbubuhat ako araw araw. hehehe

    hehe. ok lang yun bro, kahit na nakadamit, mapapansin naman siguro ng mga master dito, pati lifting stats mo na din.
    kasi nung 8th week ko double ung weight na binubuhat ko :)

    pag uwi ko ng pinas nung sept10 145lbs ako. then nag gym ako bumaba sa 140lbs. then gang ngayon kahit nagturok nako 140lbs parin ako.

    bench press 90-110lbs
    inclined 70-90lbs
    dumbell press 40-60lbs
    standing curl yung gamet curlbar 30-60lbs
    naka upo gamet curl bar 40-60lbs
    yung triceps ko diko alam ilang lbs eh. kasi number lang nandun, nasa number 5-7

    Mas maganda kung yung squat mo ang 280-300lbs at hindi leg press

    akin ung journal na yun. hahaha.. tignan mo dun ung meals ko for the whole day, sample lang yun, may time na 4cups rice per meal ako
