Short Term goal - Loose the excess belt bag (front and side), man boobs, at kili kili fat while maintaining lean mass as much as I could.

Long term goal remains the same.
To be a Big, Bad Dude!

"A goal without a plan is just a wish"

    I have a goal.
    I have a plan.

Sana lang nasa right track ako.
    Hahaha.

    ^ Sino nagsabi niyan?
    Ikaw pa din ba?

Ano gawin na nating caption yan? hahaha

Regarding lifting stats, wag mo i-compare stats mo sa iba. As simple as that. Everyone is unique. As long as you keep challenging yourself, walang problema yan. Just make sure na yung last 2 reps palagi ng set mo is challenging. Yan ang guideline namin sa S2B.

Numbers are only there for progression's sake, otherwise, kung di ka naman mag-co-compete sa powerlifting, those number means nothing compared to others.

All I can say is "compare yourself only to yourself w/c also happens to be the toughest enemy you'll ever encounter"

Whatever approach you chose to do stick w/ it (and give it time to bear fruit) if you think its helping you "get there" then by all means keep doing it. if you think it doesn't then time for revamp.

Andito lang naman kami to chime in kung may katanungan ka on certain things. Ako mismo i got tons of questions that needs answers and i'm learning lot sa mga posts ng mga kasama natin. Though I must admit you rarely see me asking questions (most of them are nonsense actually :P) but it doesn't mean i know everything whatever is out there obviously.

Like I always say just keep at it darating ka din dun sa goal mo. :)

  • tama sila boss Allen.

against the grain ako dito sa issue na to.

IMHO, comparing yourself to yourself is parang counter productive in terms of Goal-setting. How can you set your desired goal if wala kang basis or inspiration to achieve it. At least having a mental picture of that goal in mind will put you in the right path be it STR or SIZE or whatever. Kumbaga, what do the best people in the field that I want to excel do?

People look up to inspirations, telling themselves that one day magiging ganun ka. Not saying that you need to be exactly the same but becoming the BEST version of yourself.

Ang masama sa comparing yourself to others is how you look at it. it's either you become motivated or you become jealous/miserable.

    my 2 cents

    Boss nag text ako
  • @Allen: Compare mo yung latest training mo versus sa ginagawa mo last year or 6 months ago. Yung dating ginagawa mo for 3 workout's ngayon ginagawa mo in 1 workout (with more sets, reps and weight)! WTF hindi lahat ng malakas kaya yan :) you outworked yourself and most people.

hindi applicable sakin ito. i always feel miserable when i compare myself to others in terms of gains. haha.

    Aba oo nga no!

Kung sabagay, kung icocompare nung naka split ako ng per body part, halimbawa yung chest routine ko halos ganun din naman, same poundage pero ngayon sabay sabay na sila pati back, traps, delts and arms. Twice a week pa.

Ayos salamat at pinaalala mo hahaha.@ Jet - Ahahaha ikaw swerte mo dahil likas ka ng may strength.

@Monch - Thanks brah I get your point.

@DV - Anong pinagsasabi mo jan? E tignan mo nga yang katawan mo ngayon bukol bukol na! Hehehehe

@Yates - Nice meeting you!
